This page covers where Olive Stores delivers, what it costs, and how long your furniture and decor usually take to arrive.
Where we ship. We currently deliver to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes for freight items, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping costs. Standard shipping is free on orders over $149. For orders of $149 or less, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times. Smaller items such as bedding, wall art and lighting usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Large items such as sectional sofas may travel by freight and typically take 7 to 14 business days. These are estimates, and weather or carrier delays can extend them.
Tracking. Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. For freight deliveries the carrier may contact you by phone to arrange a delivery window, so please give a phone number at checkout.
Large item delivery. Freight deliveries are generally made to the curbside or the ground floor entrance. Please measure doorways, halls and stairs in advance, and check the boxes for visible damage before the driver leaves.
Split shipments. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You pay the shipping shown at checkout only once.
Address accuracy. Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or a missed freight appointment, redelivery charges may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your delivery arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
