Who can order. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.
Our products. We sell home furniture and decor such as sectional sofas, wall art, bedding and permanent outdoor lighting. We describe each item as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural materials such as wood and fabric vary from piece to piece. Please check the listed dimensions against your space, doorways and stairways before ordering large furniture.
Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Sales tax and any shipping charge appear at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
Placing an order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or a payment looks suspicious; if payment was already taken, we refund it in full.
Payment. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor using the methods displayed there. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Delivery and returns. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Installation and use. Some items, including permanent outdoor lights and wall mounted art, need fixing to your home. Follow the included instructions and use a qualified electrician or installer where needed. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.
Site content. Text, photos and graphics on olivestores.shop belong to Olive Stores or are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
Liability. To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim linked to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes. We may revise these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to it.
